The Upkeep Team, Inc. strives to make choices that work toward a clean, healthy environment prioritizing stewardship and service over profits.

Biodegradable

All cleaners used by The Upkeep Team, Inc. are designed to be biodegradable. Biodegradable means they break down into carbon and water within 20 days of their introduction into the environment. Our desire is that the only thing we leave behind is a clean sanitized surface.

Non-Hazardous

All cleaners used by The Upkeep Team, Inc. ship as non-hazardous solutions. Our drivers require no special licensing and the products we use require no special handling or storage precautions.

Water Based

Water is one of the purest things on Earth, which is why all cleaners used by The Upkeep Team, Inc. are water based. The cleaners we use contain no harmful solvents or phosphates which threaten the ecology of our environment.

Low VOC

Volatile organic compounds (VOC) are particles in the air containing hazardous compounds that threaten public health. The cleaning process and chemicals used by The Upkeep Team, Inc. conform to the California Air Quality Management District standard and do not release harmful VOCs.
